Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn sneakers in their original 100% recycled packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to maintain product integrity.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse verifies the condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
